Ingredients

  • 2 cl Lemon Juice
  • 24 cl Ale
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 0,5 tsp Ginger
  • 2 cl Brandy
  • 1 Egg yolk

Instructions

  • Use a frying pan to warm up 4 cl ale, sugar and ginger, until the sugar have been dissolved.
  • Mix brandy, lemon juice and the egg yolk in a small bowl, add the mixture from the frying pan and stir it.
  • Pour the content of the bowl into a glass and add the remaining ale while stirring gently.
