1 deck of cards

How to play Dictator:
The first thing to do is to find the first dictator. The dictator is chosen in the way, that everyone draws a card from the deck. The highest card is the dictator for the first round. The dictator must now choose the rules for the first round. Ace gives 1 shot, 6 means that the person to the right of you must drink 6 fingers and so on. The game continues until the dictator is bored and the next person in line becomes the new dictator.
If you want the game to be more fair, let the dictator draw cards too.
