  • 3 cl White rum
  • 2 cl Galliano
  • 5 cl Pineapple juice
  • 1 tsp Cane Sugar
  • 0,5 tsp Vanilla
  • Whipped Cream


  • Muddle cane sugar and vanilla into the rum.
  • Add Galliano and pineapple juice.
  • Shake the mixture with ice.
  • Strain into a glass filled with ice.
  • Top it with whipped cream and serve.
