Baron D’Artigues

Baron D’Artigues is a brandy (Armagnac), which is produced by Francoise and Jean-Pierre Dartigalongue. It is produced the South-western France in Gers, a french department in the region of Occotanie. In Gers lies Nogaro, which is a small and old village, where this brandy originates from.

Armagnac is usually made with the grape called ‘Ugni Blanc’ and is only distilled one single time, before being put in barrels made of another sort of wood than usually, which gives it a more powerful finish than a cognac.
